Meet Chef Sam. He’s our new Head Chef at Rose’s Luxury and he’s a bad sun of a gun both in and out of the kitchen. Even when he was young, he was rockin stylish bikes. Catch him (if you can!) on two wheels these days. 

Anyways, he began with us at Rose’s as a line cook six years ago. After crushing every station he transitioned to Pineapple and Pearls and worked his way to Jr Sous Chef and then up to a full Sous Chef. During this time, he also met the love of his life! They moved to New York, got married, he worked at some bad a$$ restaurants, and at last (!) came back home to take over our kitchen.
